Beware the anonymous garage!

Financial Times had published on 21 September 2016 an article by Richard Waters on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics with this title: Google to start AI conversations with Assistant.

In the article four systems (or technologies) are presented:

• Assistant by Google to appear later this year
• Siri by Apple launched in 2011,
• Alexa by Amazon launched in 2014, and
• Cortana by Microsoft launched in 2015.

For sure there are more technologies that are silently prepared in anonymous garages all over the planet!

 

The game has started and the winners will not be the ones who are today getting attention and all of the lights!

Who remembers Cyberjack? Or WebFerret? How many people use the Lycos search engine? The technology game creates few winners and many losers…
